The Procedure of Ordering a Virtual Office.

  1. Find the package which suits your needs
  2. Click on “Order” and fill in the required details for the purchase order.
  3. The next step is to choose the address of your virtual office. Click on the address of your choice.

By this step, your purchase order gets submitted.

 

What Comes Next.

  1. Based on your purchase order, you will receive an email with a proforma invoice, a link for downloading the agreement and the terms of use.
  2. Please download the agreement and the ToU
  3. Print out the agreement and the ToU in two copies (two originals)
  4. Fill in and sign the agreements (both) and send them to the following address: Mário Kovaľ, Obchodná 39, 81106 Bratislava. 
  5. After receiving the payment for the package, the service provider will sign the agreement and send one original copy of it to your mailing address along with a document on granting consent to the registration of the address as your registered office.
